Permanent residency for life on an English-speaking EU island, decided in a few months.

Cyprus grants permanent residency under the fast-track Regulation 6(2) to investors who place EUR 300,000 in property, a local company or regulated funds and can show a secure income from abroad. The permit is for life, with no renewals to file, and the family only needs to visit the island once every two years.
For families from the Gulf and the Levant, Cyprus is the closest EU member: a short flight from Amman, Beirut or Dubai, English spoken everywhere, a low-tax regime and a large Arab community. Our Larnaca branch handles the process on the ground.
One approval and no renewals, as long as the investment and the income are maintained.
Applications are examined in around two to three months, among the quickest in Europe.
One visit every two years is enough to keep the permit; there is no minimum stay.
Contracts, schools and daily life run in English, in one of the EU’s lowest-tax jurisdictions.
A short flight from Amman, Riyadh or Dubai, with a Reach branch in Larnaca.

Not yet. Cyprus is a full EU member and is completing its Schengen accession; until then the permit gives residency in Cyprus, and travel to Schengen countries still needs a visa for nationalities that require one.
Not as an employee. You can own a company, sit on its board and receive its dividends; the permit is meant for people whose income comes from abroad.
For the residential route, yes: at least EUR 50,000 a year from salaries, pensions, dividends, rents or deposits abroad, plus EUR 15,000 for the spouse and EUR 10,000 for each child. In the company and fund routes, income earned in Cyprus can also count.
Not for the residential route: the property must be new and bought from a developer on its first sale. Resale property qualifies only under the commercial route.
