Grenada’s programme stands apart for one reason: Grenada holds an E-2 treaty with the United States, so its citizens can apply for the E-2 investor visa and live in the US while running a business there. That route is closed to nationals of many Gulf and Arab countries.
Contributions to the National Transformation Fund start at USD 235,000, approved real estate from USD 270,000, and there is no residency requirement. Citizenship takes around six months and the passport reaches around 145 destinations, including the Schengen area, the United Kingdom and China.
